FACTORY
Here’s the first little bit of information for you wonderful people.
February 6th sees the launch of Factory at Phoenix Brighton. Factory is set to be an evening of diverse, experimental and international performances, artworks, installations, films and music. Following on from the great success of The Fortune Factory during White Night last year this will be no ordinary event in a gallery. Instead the audience is invited to come to a party where creativity will be celebrated in a space which showcases the spirit and vibrancy of Brighton’s artistic community.
Featuring more than a dozen acts including Japanese multi-media artist and former zoologist Mamoru Iriguchi, performance and visual artist Clara Garcia Fraile, double act The Two Wrongies, curator and performer Victoria Melody, film-makers Junk TV and installation artist Emelye Perry.
Music includes Brighton favourites The Half Sisters, dark disco deviants Passiondale and experimental folk artist birdengine with support from DJs George Nunn and Battery Powered.
The Factory at Phoenix Brighton, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Brighton, BN2 9NB
